Marty DeRose in Summer Music Concert Here Tomorrow

•  Singer Will Perform 7 PM Thursday in Nutley's Yanticaw Park

 – Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. invites his fellow Nutley townspeople to a free 7 o'clock summer music concert tomorrow evening (Thursday, July 29) featuring Marty DeRose and others at the Yancicaw Park along Park Drive.

Marty DeRose has been a part of the music scene in the northeast for more than 40 years and has worked in television, radio, night clubs, resorts and cruise ships. His vast repertoire includes classic melodies, big band hits from the 1930s to the 1950s, country western ballads and standard ethnic songs. Among his albums is "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows." Marty DeRose will perform as follows:

"Our Free Concert Series offers a diverse lineup of performers who will take center
stage in venues throughout our historic Essex County Park System," DiVincenzo, who is a Nutley resident,said.

"Pack a blanket,enjoy the cool evening breeze and dance to the sounds of classical, rock and roll,
jazz, big band, Latin and more. We have a spectacular line-up that is sure to entertain and impress," DiVincenzo said.

Tomorrow's Thursday night concert in Nutley is part of the Essex County's free SummerMusic Concerteries.
