May 27, 2010 – Essex County's new Veterans Memorial Park will honor America's military men and women during a wreath laying ceremony tomorrow (May 28.) County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo Jr. will join with the Montclair Disabled Veterans at 11 a.m. at the new 2.7 acre park opened last September.
Located off West Market Street in Newark, DiVincenzo says the park has become "a tranquil place for veterans to find solace and a constant reminder about the great contributions they have made to our country."
