Nutley Adds 'Civil Unions' to License Fees

Jan 28, 2010 – Nutley has added "civil unions" to the town ordinance that governs fees for marriage licenses.
The ordinance was adopted without comment Tuesday night, Jan. 19.
As rewritten, the town ordinances now reads, "The fee for birth, death,marriage, certificate of domestic partnership and civil union transcripts in the Bureau of Vital Statistics (Registrar's Office" is hereby fixed at $10 per copy.
"The fee for correction or addition to the original record of birth, death, marriage, certification of domestic partnership and civil unions is hereby fixed at $10 per correction."
