Special "workshop" meeting of Nutley Board of Commissioners. Department heads and Commissioners are discussing budget need and how to hold town finances to comply with mandated reductions by Trenton. Portions of session may be closed to public. No decisions will be made at this meeting. - Conference Room, Town Hall.

 Regular Meetings generally open with a 7 pm conference session. Business session usually begins about 10-15 minutes later. The public is invited to address the business portion of Commission meetings. Sessions held on third floor of Township Hall. An elevator is available in southeast corner of building.

 Planning Board meetings start at 7 p.m. on the third floor of Town Hall. An elevator is located in the south-east corner of the building. Planning Board Chairman is Phillip McGovern,. Vice-President is Carol Tangorra and the secretary is Anne Lynne Eisenfelder. Meetings usually held first and third Wednesdays of the month.

7:30pmJohn Walker Memorial Foundation - Monthly Meeting
 Group now meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the offices of the Nutley Red Cross building, 169 Chestnut Street. For information call Peggy at 973-661-2287. Walter Smith is the group's president.

 Veterans of all ages participate in meetings of this organization that meets monthly on the third Wednesday. Sessions begin at 7:30 p;m in the AMVETS Hall at 184 Park Avenue (corner of Walnut St.) Interested new members are always welcome.
